1. Irshita Jewels shall deliver product you have purchased within the promised delivery timeline, however, if you have ordered a product by mistake, you may cancel the order by logging in your Irshita Jewels Account before dispatch of the product.
  2. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service representative at +91 96537 87117 on and inform them of the same.
  3. If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you within 5-7 days provided that order has not been shipped or within 5-7 days form the receipt of product, in case the product has already been shipped.



  1. A) Under some rare situations, Irshita Jewels can also raise an order cancellation request. These situations could be –
    1. Product is out of stock with the Seller;
    2. Product is not worth shipping;
    3. Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per terms & conditions of any Offer/Discount;
    4. Incorrect pricing or description of the product;
    5. Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address;
    6. Non-serviceability at the Buyer’s address by our courier partners;
    7. If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you in accordance with our Refund Policy. We will notify you through messages on your Email/WhatsApp/Text when an order is cancelled due to any of the above reason.
    8. Any other reason, which is beyond the control of the product Seller.
    9. B) If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you within 5-7 days from the date of cancellation of order by the Seller or within 5-7 days from the date of cancellation.


     What can I return?

  1. You may request return for an item listed as returnable on the product listing page within the stipulated return window.

    Can I replace an item?

  1. If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available in stock.
  2. In case the same item is not available in stock, we will initiate refund.


    How do I return/replace an item?

  1. In order to return an order, go to “Account” section on Irshita Jewels website, select “Order History”
  2. Login using registered mobile (used to place the order) and OTP received
  3. Select the order you wish to return/replace

    What are the return guidelines?

  1. The item you wish to return must be eligible for return;
  2. First off all you have to fill payment refund form, which is available in Top Menu Bar.
  3. If return is not eligible for reverse pickup, a self-ship option will be given* (customers can claim refund of up to ₹100 against reverse shipping charges);
  4. Once return is received, in accordance with Return Policy, you will be issued refund to your original mode of payment;
  5. For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed to your bank account either via NEFT or UPI.


    When will I get my refund?

  1. Refund is processed once the returned item/s are received by Irshita Jewels or the Seller notifies us of the receipt of the return
  2. Timeline for refund to be processed is 5-7 business days form the date of receipt of product by Seller.


     What are the guidelines to accept shipments?

  1. Before accepting shipment of any product, please ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered.
  2. In case the package is damaged or tampered, you are requested to refuse to accept delivery. We will assure you refund upon such refused delivery, provided the order is prepaid.
